Colette tells the story of the French author Sidonie-Gabrielle Colette, who challenges gender norms by claiming her own literary works after her husband initially publishes them under his name. Graphic design played a pivotal role in the film's visual storytelling, with meticulous recreations of Colette’s personal journals, first edition books, theatre posters, Claudine merchandise and the rich visual atmosphere of Paris at the turn of the century.
